The Housekeepers registered with As You Like It are independent contractors (self-employed), which offers many “freedoms” that many conventional jobs do not. You control when you work, where you work, and how you work.

Through our extensive advertising and established customer base, we will work with you to develop regular customers, so that the schedule you design will become filled with the same clients on a set day and time. You will be able to establish a relationship with clients who you enjoy working with and become familiar with their homes and household needs.

Compensation is equal to or higher than any other service in the Jacksonville area. It is based on your ability to be reliable, consistent with the quality of work, and being able to keep your customers satisfied. Your compensation is also based on how long you remain registered with our agency and the jobs completed on a weekly basis.
